What we will do: Martina Franca is the Baroque city of the Itria Valley and through the Porta di S. Stefano, we will go for a walk in the historic center.

We will visit the Doge's Palace and the Basilica of San Martino with its majestic facade.

We will also go to one of the historical butchers where you can get to know and finally taste the Capocollo martinese, or a salami obtained from the precious part of the pig.
