• Given the legal obligations imposed on the owner of the holiday home, the stay is reserved exclusively for the persons indicated in the booking. For registration purposes, guests will be asked for a copy of the identity document (passport, identity card) of all the people who will stay in the house, children and babies included; moreover, always at Check-in it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax of € 2,50 per person per day with their identification data. Access to other persons other than those registered is prohibited.
• The house is available to guests from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, while on the day of departure it must be vacated no later than 10.00 am.
• Upon arrival it will be necessary to pay a security deposit of € 200 which will be returned upon departure.
• We pray to our tenants to have respect for the people who will have to enter to clean the apartment after the stay, so we ask that the rubbish is thrown into the special bins used for this function and not to leave the dirty pots and refrigerator with residues of food; if these operations are not carried out, an extra amount of € 20 will be required on the final cleaning.
• The minimum number of nights is 7 and arrival is scheduled for Saturday.
• The customer who voluntarily or involuntarily causes a breakdown or damage to the property, will have to reimburse the entire damage.
• All tools made available must be treated with care and correctly.
• It is not allowed to bring pets unless previously agreed and of small size.
• If you have pets, it is strictly forbidden to let them get on the furniture, beds and chairs.
• For our guests there is a washing machine that can be activated remotely. Just send a message to Danila (+39 393/5209446) for activation. Detergents are not included.
• In the village the movement of animals is allowed only on a leash and on the beach only in the early morning or late afternoon.
• Smoking is not allowed in the house. Any related damage, such as burn marks and holes on furniture or floors, linens, tablecloths, etc., will be charged for the replacement value and deducted from the deposit.
• The apartment is equipped with a safe. The guest exempts the owner of the holiday home from any responsibility for the theft or damage to goods or objects of his property left in the house unattended.
• Upon arrival and departure, the owner and his guests will inspect the property in order to assess any damage, both to the property and to the furnishings; damages, if present on departure, must be immediately compensated.
• The garden can be used as a recreational space and intended for relaxation without invading the neighboring gardens. It is forbidden to move the outdoor furniture outside your garden area.
• In order to reduce environmental impacts and respecting the natural habitat, Guests will undertake not to waste water unnecessarily and to make an appropriate and prudent use of electricity.
• Every time you leave the house it is mandatory (as well as for an environmental factor): turn off the lights, the air conditioner, the appliances, the TV, close the taps and so on.
• It is forbidden to throw waste in the toilet, sinks and other places that are not provided for this, such as the courtyard, the entrance to the apartment or the vicinity of the house (being a natural park it is possible that during the night mouflons roam in the village and that these may be attracted to garbage bags left out).
• The house has a private parking space, equipped with a lock with a special key, located at the entrance to the village; on the day of arrival, after unloading the luggage, guests are asked to take the car to the parking lot and every time they leave, they are asked to raise the lock to prevent strangers from occupying the place. If the post is busy for having forgotten to raise the block, you will be forced to park your car in the unnumbered free spaces or in the free parking area located at the entrance.
• The circulation of cars in the village is prohibited.
• In case of need, you can contact the village medical clinic and if you need medicine, ask for the pharmacy service at the Ulivi hotel which will provide you with what you need as soon as possible. The nearest pharmacy is in Vieste or Mattinata.
