• Before your arrival or at the latest at the time of check-in you will need to provide us with a photocopy, front and back, of your identity card or passport, of all the people who will stay overnight, including children and babies; also always at Check-in it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax of € 0,80 per person per day and any heating fee in winter.
  Unless otherwise agreed, Check-in must take place before 16:00. If you wish to arrive at other times, we will have to agree on them in advance.
  Check-Out is at 10:00 and no later than 11:00; if you want to leave the accommodation later or you need to leave your luggage, we will be able to find a solution after a suitable notice.
• Given the legal obligations on the owner of the holiday home, the stay is reserved exclusively for the people indicated in the booking.
  Any changes, in order to be accepted, must be communicated with at least three days' notice of arrival.
• The guest is responsible for the cleaning and hygiene of the apartment during his stay.
  "Trulli Il Vigneto" is not responsible for the poor sanitation of the accommodation during the leased period.
• The guest is responsible for the damage caused. We would be grateful if you informed us immediately of what happened.
• Smoking is not allowed in our apartment. Any related damage, such as burn marks and holes on the furniture or on the floor, linen, tablecloths, etc., will be charged on the invoice at the replacement value.
• Please do not dispose of hygiene products and or leftovers from the meal in the toilet.
• The lights inside the apartment and any other electronic appliances (excluding the refrigerator) must always be off or disconnected in the event of leaving the apartment.
• In order to reduce environmental impacts and in respect of the natural habitat, guests will undertake not to unnecessarily disperse water and to make appropriate and prudent use of electricity, washing machine and air conditioner. Therefore, please close the door and windows if keep the air conditioner or radiators on to avoid unnecessary dispersions.
• Pets are welcome if they are small in size and upon agreement with us but they must not bother the other guests of the structure or cause any damage.
• In the event that the linen is supplied by us, it is forbidden to wash it for re-use as it is forbidden to use the shower towels for the swimming pool.
• To avoid unpleasant inconveniences or the entry of animals, please leave the gate always closed.
• In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask that night rest be respected from 23:00 to 7:00 and siesta from 14:00 to 16:00.
• It is forbidden to organize parties involving the entry of strangers.
• Externally there are bins for separate waste collection: We separate plastic, metal, paper and glass.
• You can use the barbeque and the wood oven placed in a trullo adjacent to the house. Please leave them clean at the end of use. Improper use is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
• A washing machine that can be activated remotely on request via a phone call or a message to Danila (+39 393/5209446) is available to our guests. For stays up to 3 nights nr. 1 washing machine is included, for stays from 3 to 5 nights 2 washing machines are included and for stays from 6 days upwards nr. 3 washing machines. Those in excess will cost € 4 each. Detergents are not included.
• Guests are plased to throw away the differentiated and undifferentiated waste in the appropriatepubblic bins in the ecological area located a short distance from the structure. You will be provided with a card with which to open the bins. The card must be left at home on departure. In case it is taken away there will be a charge of € 50. If the guest does not dispose of their waste, a cost of € 50 will be charged for the service.

• The use of the private swimming pool is allowed only to guests of the structure.
• Remember that there is no life guard attendant and therefore it is not guarded. "Maximum caution!"
• It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the water. In any case it is forbidden to enter the tub with tanning and protective creams and hair oils without having taken a shower.
• Smoking and consuming food or drinks in the bathing area is prohibited.
• For all those who cannot swim, armrests or life jackets are required.
• It is forbidden to throw papers, butts or anything else in the water or in the garden.
• It is forbidden to introduce containers and / or objects made of glass, hard plastic or metal and other objects not strictly related to bathing.
• It is forbidden to run on the pool surface, push the other bathers into the water and take dives (Attention, the height of the pool does not allow it and is therefore very dangerous).
• Children/young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for it and who is able to intervene in case of need.
• Younger children are prohibited from being near the swimming pool without parents or carers.
• Very young children must wear a containment panty.
• In case of need, guests must use the toilet in the house.
• All pool equipment must be used with care and attention. Any damage caused must be compensated.
• It is forbidden to bring animals into the swimming pool and the surrounding area.
• It is forbidden to introduce chairs or deckchairs into the lower part of the swimming pool.
• it is forbidden to use the house linen for the swimming pool (if we find sun or chlorine stains on the bath towels we will be forced to charge you the relative cost).

The swimming pool measures 4 MT x 10 MT and has a depth of 1.30 MT.
Guests will use the swimming pool in strict compliance with these regulations.
To ensure an efficient maintenance of the state and hygiene of the pool, common sense, education and collaboration are called upon.
