What we will do: Our tour will start in Alberobello, in the city of trulli.
Trulli are a unique type of local stone building with a conical roof.
Through our walk we will know the origins, history and curiosities of these fairytale buildings.
Later we will cross the countryside and visit an authentic dairy farm and here we will witness the production of some dairy products such as mozzarella, burrata and scamorza.
At the end of the demonstration, we will be able to taste the dairy products.
