What we will do: The cycling tour will start from the historic center of Locorotondo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
We will visit its historic center with eyes turned towards the sky and then through the countryside of the Itria Valley, we will reach an ancient oil mill, a place of oil production.
We will visit the oil mill and provide you with various information about the cultivation and production of oil, the green gold of Puglia.
Finally we will end the tour with a tasting of extra virgin olive oil.
