Locorotondo
What we will do: We will visit an authentic dairy farm in the countryside of Locorotondo and here we will witness live the processing of milk and the production of some dairy products such as mozzarella, burrata and scamorza cheese.

At the end of the demonstration we will taste the dairy products.

 With whom: Antoniana will accompany you during the experiential activity.

She is an Apulian guide and tourist guide and will show you, through her tours and experiential activities, our Apulian land among trulli, olive groves and vineyards.
