What we will do: Olive oil is called the green gold of Puglia and is a fundamental food of the Mediterranean diet.
During our experiential activity we will visit an ancient oil mill, place of oil production and I will provide you with various information about the cultivation and production of the same.
We will also taste two types of Apulian oil accompanied by local bread.

She is an Apulian guide and tour guide and will show you through our tours and experiential activities our Apulian land among trulli, olive groves and vineyards.
