After lunch, we will arrive in Locorotondo. This small white town is perched on a hill overlooking the Itria Valley, dotted with trulli and vineyards. It is famous for the production of a local white DOC wine. The name refers to the shape of the city, a round place that is still clearly visible today, giving the historic center the appearance of a white round crown. Everything here is quiet, clean, and blooming, like a fantasy village. Amidst the clean and white alleys, you can breathe in the aromas of the local Apulian peasant cuisine, which reaches perfection here!
