What we will do: Olive oil is called the green gold of Puglia and is a fundamental food of the Mediterranean diet.
During our experiential activity, you'll visit the ancient Ipogeo red olive oil mill and its museum, where olive oil is produced. I'll provide you with information about its cultivation and production.
You'll taste three types of Apulian olive oil, accompanied by local bread and friselle.
